Optimists honor SPSD retirees

On May 18, the Sauk Prairie Optimist Club honored Sauk Prairie School District retirees at a breakfast held at the River Arts Center Gallery at Sauk Prairie High School. After a tasty breakfast compliments of the District’s Food Service department was served, a welcome was given by Sauk Prairie Optimist President Bart Mauch, and a slide show presentation with narration by Superintendent Jeff Wright and building administrators at Bridges, Jamie Breunig, and Tower Rock, Kelly Petroski, as well as Chad Harnisch, High School Principal, were given. Melissa Sumwalt, Administrative Assistant to Wright, created the slide show with the assistance of Optimist member Ellen Paul, decorations were provided by Optimist member Diane Shaw and the event was organized by Paul.
