Black Earth discusses 2021 Go Note wish list

At their July 12^th meeting the Black Earth village board debated the proper use of Robert’s Rules of Order and Parliamentary procedure, but got along with more pressing village matters soon after and approved $10,000 of the 2021 Go Note funds to be used on a solar-powered monitoring array for the village’s wells.
