The Village Board of Black Earth approved expanded parking for the Community Park project at their Oct. 2 meeting. 13 spaces will be added for a cost of $25,500. The original vote for the project was for $750,000. The board then decided to look into expanding parking.

Arena board member withdraws charges against Village President

The Arena Village Board held a meeting last Sunday afternoon to solve problems plaguing the village and set future events back on an even keel.  The only board member who was unable to attend the weekend meeting was Jessica Voight.

At the town’s monthly meeting in September, town clerk Katie Zelle and town chair Karen Carlock led the board through a listing of initial expenditures predicted for the 2020 annual operating budget.
