Sacramento, California – A coordinated narcotics investigation in Sacramento County ended with arrests, search warrants and the seizure of large quantities of illegal drugs, firearms and cash, authorities announced following an enforcement action on May 27, 2026.
The Sacramento Area Intelligence/Narcotics Team, known as SAINT, worked alongside the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office in an investigation focused on a suspected drug trafficking organization operating within the county.
According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office announcement, the operation marked the conclusion of a major investigative effort aimed at disrupting illegal narcotics activity in the Sacramento area.

As the operation unfolded, investigators executed 11 residential search warrants and served nine arrest warrants. The searches produced a substantial seizure: nearly 229 pounds of methamphetamine and more than 6 pounds of heroin were recovered, along with $18,300 in U.S. currency.
The firearms count was also significant. Authorities seized 61 guns, including rifles and handguns, during the enforcement action. A 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle was additionally seized as part of an asset forfeiture action connected to the case.

The scale of the materials recovered placed the operation far beyond a routine drug investigation. With drugs, weapons, money and property taken into custody, the enforcement action brought together multiple agencies in a single, coordinated response to suspected trafficking activity within Sacramento County.
The suspects now face a range of criminal charges, including possession of controlled substances for sale, drug trafficking and conspiracy. Additional accusations include felon in possession of a firearm and being armed during the commission of a felony.
All of the suspects are currently being held at the Sacramento County Main Jail. Authorities said each is being held on $1 million bail.
The case represents a major enforcement action by SAINT and its partner agencies, combining investigative work with the execution of warrants across multiple residences. While the arrests and seizures bring this stage of the investigation to a close, the charges will now move through the criminal justice process.
As with all criminal cases, the individuals accused remain presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court. For Sacramento County authorities, however, the May 27 operation stands as a significant effort to remove suspected narcotics, firearms and trafficking-related assets from the community.
